Purchase Price
A premium purchase price is planned to be made available for certified organic products offered to the Company for purchase. This is possible because the main activity of the Company is marketing, without/with the minimum, intervention of middle-men and by value-addition whenever possible.
The purchase of certified products from non-share holders will be considered, subject to conditions.

Surplus Bonus to share holders

The surplus arising out of the operations of the company shall be distributed in an equitable manner by

1. Providing for the development of the business of the Company;
2. Providing for common facilities, and
3. Providing for the education of members, employees and others on the Principles of Mutuality and Mutual Assistance.
4. Distributing amongst the Members, as may be admissible in proportion to their respective participation in the business.
